2025-0455 Approve and authorize the purchase of Cisco Multi-Architectural Assessment from Presidio Networked Solutions Group, LLC, through the Department of Information Resources (DIR), contract DIR-CPO-5347, authorized by Chapter 271, section 271.102 (a) (c) of the Texas Local Government Code - Amount not to exceed $360,000.00 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: April 15, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: MAJOR TECHNOLOGY FUND Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby authorize and approve the County Judge to sign the Statement of Work (SOW) to purchase the Cisco Multi-Architectural Assessment from Presidio Network Solutions using DIR-CPO-5347 at a cost of $360,000. Funding is available via a transfer from Major Technology Fund – Computer Hardware Account -100.19500.1090.68630.10000 to Major Technology Fund – Professional Services Account -100.19500.1090.62225.10000.
