2025-0747 District Attorney – Approval for Payment to LMC Corporation for Installation of Audio-Visual Equipment to the 10th Floor of the District Attorney’s Offices at Frank Crowley Courts Building – Amount not to Exceed $238,514 – with Funding Available within State Forfeiture Fund (40007) On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: June 17, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: District Attorney – State Forfeiture Fund Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the payment to LMC Corporation for the installation of audio-visual equipment 10th floor of the District Attorney’s Office (DAO) at Frank Crowley Courts Building, amount not to exceed $238,514 with funding available within District Attorney’s State Forfeiture Fund (40007).
