2025-1457 Consolidated Services – Approval for Payment to MANS Distributors, Inc. for Automated Floor Cleaner for Records Management Facility, through BuyBoard Cooperative, contract No. 747-24, authorized by Chapter 271, section 271.102 (a)(c) of the Texas Local Government Code. – Amount not to Exceed $62,786 – Funding Available Within Departmental Budget On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: December 16, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: General Fund (100.12000.1024.62640.10000) Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the payment to MANS Distributors, Inc. for automated floor cleaner for the Records Management Facility, through BuyBoard Cooperative, contract No. 747-24, authorized by Chapter 271, section 271.102 (a)(c) of the Texas Local Government Code. – amount not to exceed $62,786 – with funding available within departmental budget (100.12000.1024.62640.10000).
