2025-0430 Dissolve IT Executive Governance Committee (ITEGC) On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: April 15, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby rescind Commissioners Court Order 2011-363, dated February 22, 2011, creating the IT Executive Governance Committee (ITEGC) and authorize the dissolving of said committee.
