2025-0582 Authorize Memorandum of Understanding Between Dallas County, Texas and the Dallas County AIM ("Achieve, Inspire, Motivate") Court to Enhance AIM Court Services by Funding a Clinical Assessor and Field Officer with Federal Grant Funds Awarded by the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: May 20, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: 46600.9466.40000.0622025.0000 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve this Memorandum of Understanding Between Dallas County, Texas and The Dallas County AIM Court and authorize the County Judge to sign the MOU and execute any documentation required to give effect to the MOU on behalf of Dallas County, Texas.
