2025-0454 Approval of a Lease Agreement for the Property Located at 8800 Julius Schepps Rd. in Dallas to Support Multiple County Uses On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: April 15, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund 196 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the execution of a 15-year lease agreement with South Dallas Solar II, Inc. for approximately 102.61 acres of land located at 8800 Julius Schepps Road.
