2026-0424 Policy Requirement (NOT an exception to Policy) Request for Administrative Leave with Pay for Employee #4718 – Southwestern Institute of Forensic Sciences On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: April 7, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: General Funds Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Administrative Leave of Absence with pay for Employee #4718 for the period of October 3, 2025, through October 17, 2025 (72 hours), plus applicable deductions as determined by the Auditor's Office, and calculated as follows:72 hours x $53.73 = $3,868.56.
