2026-0407 Consider and take appropriate action regarding approval of a Financial Consulting Agreement with Hilltop Securities Inc. for strategic financial advisory services related to the development of a new justice center complex On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: April 7, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: General Fund Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Financial Consulting Agreement with Hilltop Securities Inc. and authorize the County Judge to execute the agreement on behalf of Dallas County.
