Due to the large volume of bond and safety projects per the 2017 Bond Projects program, an outsourced General Engineering Consultant was essential to facilitate and manage the multiple engineering and construction projects. On November 21, 2017, the Travis County Purchasing Office solicited RFQ No. Q1711-009-LP for General Engineering Consultant Services. On December 21, 2017, two Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) were received from Travis Transportation Partners (TTP) and CP&Y, Inc. On March 27, 2018, Commissioners Court awarded Contract No. 4400003734 to the most highly qualified respondent, Travis Transportation Partners. <br> <br>Modification No. 9 will increase the hourly rates by 2.5%, a rate adjustment which is in accordance with the contract.
