The CAPDS Forensic Project is reviewing and litigating postconviction cases in which persons may have been wrongfully convicted due to APD Forensic Lab flaws. This interlocal agreement allows the City to partially reimburse the County for Forensic Project expenditures, including salaries and benefits.
