2025-0668 Uterine Fibroid Awareness Month 2025 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: June 17, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: 0000 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Dallas County Commissioners Court hereby recognizes July as Uterine Fibroid Awareness Month and we stand in solidarity with those impacted by uterine fibroids, reaffirming out commitment to education, advocacy, and compassionate care, ensuring that no woman suffers in silence.
