2025-0068 Approve Dallas County’s Stormwater Management Program for the Unincorporated Urbanized Areas required by Texas Commission for Environmental Quality On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: January 21, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund 105.2150.2550 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Approve and authorize the County Judge the authority to execute the Storm Water Management Program, and provide the necessary documents to the TCEQ through their electronic reporting tool by February 11, 2025 including the Stormwater Management Program, Notice of Intent, and $400 fee as well as subsequent annual reports, documents and fees required by the TPDES program for the permit term of the five year Storm Water Management Program. The permit fee to the TCEQ for the Stormwater Management Program is $400, with an annual fee of $100 and will be paid from Fund 105.2150.2550.
