On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: September 2, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund 12600 - Permanent Improvement Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the ratification of emergency services and payment of invoices, requested by Facilities Management Department for the George Allen Court Building with BMS CAT – Blackmon Mooring Company - Amount not to exceed $871,315.80.
