2025-0969 Authorize and approve Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement between Dallas County and Plummer Associates, Inc. for Broadband Middle Mile/Digital Equity infrastructure Technical Consultancy and Program Management Services in the amount of $99,510.00 to perform a Telecommunications Assessment On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: September 2, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Countywide Appropriations - Telecommunications Equipment Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve this Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement between Dallas County and Plummer Associates, Inc. for Broadband Middle Mile/Digital Equity infrastructure Technical Consultancy and Program Management Services. The total cost of this Amendment No. 1 for a Telecommunications/Network Assessment is not to exceed Ninety-Nine Thousand, Five Hundred Ten Dollars ($99,510.00). Funding is available via Countywide Appropriations - Telecommunications Equipment (100.12000.9910.68520.10000).
