2025-0746 Dallas County Childcare Feasibility No-Cost Extension Conducted by the University of Texas at Arlington – No Financial Impact On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: June 17, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the no-cost extension with the University of Texas at Arlington until August 31, 2025. There is no financial impact to Dallas County with the extension.
