Inc., through the Department of Information Resources (DIR), contract No. DIR-CPO-5428, authorized by Chapter 271, section 271.102 (a)(c) of the Texas Local Government Code – Amount not to exceed $524,547.33 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: March 18, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Print Shop Escrow and Commissary Fund Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Authorize a six-year lease and maintenance agreement for Canon VarioPrint 6180 Titan, for the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office, for the period of March 18, 2025 through March 17, 2031, with Canon U.S.A.
