Carlough Retirement On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: March 18, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: n/a Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby recognize and honor Mr. John W. Carlough for 31 years of outstanding contributions to Dallas County and extend our deepest gratitude for his years of service. We wish him a fulfilling and well-deserved retirement.
