On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: May 20, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Supplemental Federal Funds; No Cash Match Required Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Approve supplemental funding between Dallas County and the City of Dallas Police Department to accept the grant award of $16,000 and authorize the County Judge to sign all related documents.
