Consider/Approve Purchase of e-Contracts from Region ESC 10 for 2026-2027 Description: Priority #5: Optimize All Available Resources These contracts provide services from the Region 10 Education Service Center (ESC).  Utilization of these contracts will benefit students and staff by providing support to departments throughout the District as attached. Local, State, and Federal Funding sources will be utilized for this purchase at a cost not to exceed $230,000.00. Recommendation: It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the purchase of eContracts from the Region 10 ESC for 2024-2025 as attached and authorize the Superintendent, or her designee, to execute purchases or agreements in the best interest of the District, as presented.
