2026-0178 Authorize and approve Internship Affiliation Agreement between University of New England (UNE) and Dallas County, on behalf of Dallas County Health and Human Services (DCHHS), to provide students in UNE's Applied Nutrition program with a supervised experiential learning experience On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: February 3, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund 12000 Dept. 5120 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby authorize and approve Internship Affiliation Agreement between University of New England (UNE) and Dallas County, on behalf of Dallas County Health and Human Services (DCHHS), to provide students in UNE's Applied Nutrition program with a supervised experiential learning experience.
