2025-0516 Authorize the Request for Payment for Right of Way Deed for Parcel 4 for the Cockrell Hill Road from LaReunion Parkway to Singleton Boulevard Major Capital Improvement Program, Project MCIP 30226, Road & Bridge District 4 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: May 6, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund 196 MCIP 30226 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Approve and authorize the request for payment for the Right of Way Deed for Parcel 4 between Dallas County and Richard Hobaugh, Trustee for the Gavin and Grayson Family Trust, for the proposed right of way acquisition for the Cockrell Hill Road, Project MCIP 30226. The total cost of the request for payment is not to exceed Nine Thousand, Nine Hundred Sixty Dollars, and no cents ($9,960.00). The project is being funded by Fund 196, Project 30226.
