2025-1478 Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Subrecipient Agreement between Dallas County and Parkland Health for the Newborn Nurse Post Natal Home Visiting (NHV) Program On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: December 16, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: ARPA SLFRF Program - ARP Fund 464 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Approve amendment No. 1 to the Subrecipient Agreement between Dallas County and Parkland Health for the Post Natal Nurse Visitor Program to extend the project until September 30, 2026, for the originally approved amount of $4,000,000.00. The expenditures will continue to be charged to the fund and project established for this project; funding is to come from direct assistance relief via the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds provided by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARP - Fund 464).
