Davis Street, Dallas, TX 75211, and reinstall 27 bays of pallet racks at the new warehouse located at 4243 Singleton Boulevard, Dallas, TX 75212, for Facilities Management, with Southwest Solutions Group, Inc., through Sourcewell contract No. 110923-SPC, authorized by Chapter 271, section 271.102 (a)(c) of the Texas Local Government Code – Amount not to exceed $102,748.00 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: September 2, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: 100.44200.9420.68020.10000.0000 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Authorize a one-time purchase to disassemble 27 bays of pallet racks and associated inventory from the County warehouse located at 3631 W.
