2026-0683 National Immigrant Heritage Month On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: June 16, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: n/a Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby proclaim the month of June 2026 as National Immigrant Heritage Month. We encourage all residents to recognize and honor the enduring contributions of immigrant communities to the prosperity, culture and unity of Dallas County and the nation.
