Managed Services Renewal through GSA Schedule Contract Number 47QTCA19D0036, authorized by Chapter 271, Section 271.103 of the Texas Local Government Code – Amount not to exceed $60,000, with funding from the Major Technology Fund Account – Other Professional Services (100.19500.1093.62225.10000.0000) On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: December 2, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: MAJOR TECHNOLOGY FUND Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve and authorize the County Judge to sign the Statement of Work for the renewal of managed services with Planet Technologies, Inc. through GSA Schedule Contract Number 47QTCA19D0036 for one year from the Effective Date - Amount not to exceed $60,000, with funding from the Major Technology Fund Account - Other Professional Services (100.19500.1093.62225.10000.0000).
