Consider and take appropriate action on budget amendments, transfers and discussions items, including but not limited to the following listed items, and any other necessary budget amendments and transfers attached to Commissioners Court backup for the Agenda item: A. Request from the Office of Security and Protection (OSP) within the Technology and Operations Department (TOPS) for $50,693 from the Courthouse Security Fund's (0111) Allocated Reserve to purchase replacement baggage screening devices for the Justice of the Peace, Precinct Five B. Request from the Human Resources Management Department (HRMD) to use up to $580 of internal operating resources for food, beverages and event decor, for an Employee Recognition Event to recognize the
