2025-0697 Authorize the Approval of the Interlocal Agreement Between the Dallas County and the Dallas Independent School District for Gun Range and Facilities Use for Initial Term of (3) years; no cost On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: June 17, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: No Cost Associated Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Interlocal Agreement between Dallas County, on behalf of the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office, and the Dallas Independent School District, on behalf of the DISD Police Department, for Gun Range and Facilities Use for an Initial Term of (3) years; and authorize the County Judge to sign all related documents.
