2025-0506 Authorize and approve National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) Medical Reserve Corps Contract No. MRC 25-0154 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: May 6, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund 46600/Project No. 08902 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the NACCHO Contract No. MRC 25-0154 and authorize the County Judge to sign the contract on behalf of Dallas County.
