Discuss and consider approval to purchase light bulb and ballast recycling kits for the Goodwin Annex to ensure proper disposal as part of the Public Health/Emergency Operations Center Project in the amount of $2,622.82, and authorize the County Administrator to execute all related approval documents. Funding will be provided through American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) interest- earned funds.
