Approval of minutes — Board Meeting Minutes. Mr. Lopez called for review and approval of the May 2026 Board Meeting Minutes as well as the June 12" Meeting Minutes. Mrs. Gendke made a motion to accept the minutes as presented. Upon Mr. Stuhrenberg’s second, the motion passed unanimously.
