Mirador Phase 1 Section 1 final plat was recorded as document #202500086 of the Official Public Records of Travis County on June 18, 2025. The street and drainage improvements in this subdivision have been inspected for conformance with approved plans and specifications as listed. They will be accepted under the regulations of the Standards for Construction of Streets and Drainage in Subdivisions approved by the Commissioners Court on August 28, 1997, in which the subdivision is accepted before the one-year performance period has ended. <br id="isPasted">  <br> The streets in Mirador Phase 1, Section 1 takes access from Pearce Lane, a street maintained by Travis County. This action will add an overall total of linear feet 6,367 (1.21 miles) to the Travis County road maintenance system.
