2026-0404 Attorney Fee Contract for Outside Counsel On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: April 7, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: 100.12000.9910.62225.10000.0000 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby issue this order ratifying the Attorney Fee Contract with the Law Offices of Marc H. Richman entered into by the Dallas County Administrator and grants the discretionary exemption provided in Texas Local Government Code § 262.024 (a)(4).
