2025-0915 Election Services Contract with Participating Political Subdivisions for Conducting the Constitutional Amendment Special and Joint Election on November 4, 2025 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: August 19, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: 1215 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Election Services Contract authorizing Dallas County to hold the November 4, 2025, Constitutional Amendment Special and Joint Election jointly with the political jurisdictions listed in the contract and authorize the County Judge to sign the Election Services Contract on behalf of Dallas County.
