2025-0738 Sheriff – Courtesy Patrol – TxDOT Interlocal Agreement and Budget for FY2026- FY2027 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: June 17, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Courtesy Patrol Grant Funds Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Courtesy Patrol Interlocal Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation for Fiscal Years 2026 and 2027 for a total contract amount not to exceed $14,233,274.29 and for the County Judge to sign all related documents.
