2025-0996 Authorize the Dallas County Budget Officer to Amend the FY2025 Dallas County Budget to Transfer and Reallocate Funds dated September 16, 2025 On a motion made by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: September 16, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: General Fund (12000) and Major Capital (19600) Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the transfers, payments, and reallocation of funds prepared by the Dallas County Budget Officer for September 16, 2025, and authorize the transfer to be executed.
