“A motion was made by Council Member Chris Whatley, seconded by Mayor Ross McMullin, to deny a Chapter 380 Economic Development Program Agreement, pursuant to Chapter 380 of the Texas Local Government Code, and pursuant to the city's economic development policy, with The Hive & Holding Co. LLC at 128 and 136 Bates St. The motion failed by the following vote: AYE: 1 - Council Member Chris Whatley. NAY: 5 - Council Member Gregory Will, Council Member Karen Brennan, Council Member Jarrett "Doc" Armstrong, Council Member Charles Randklev, and Mayor Ross McMullin.”
