2025-1182 Jury Services – Approval for Submission of Quarterly Request for County Reimbursement of Juror Payments for the 3rd Quarter of 2025 (July 1, 2025 – September 30, 2025) to the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, in the Amount of $394,774 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: October 21, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: General Fund Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the submission of Quarterly Request for County Reimbursement of Juror Payments for the 3rd Quarter of 2025 (July 1, 2025 – September 30, 2025) to the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, in the amount of $394,774, and for the County Judge to sign all related documents for the submission of the Quarterly Request for County Reimbursement of Juror Payments.
