2025-1417 Accept and Closeout the Completion of Construction and Final Estimate 90 on Medical District Drive Major Capital Improvements Program 30228 to Structural Assurance Road and Bridge District 4 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: December 2, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund 196 MCIP 30228 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Approve and authorize the Medical District Drive (MCIP 30228) Project construction as complete; authorize the final payment #90 in the amount of One Million Three Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-Seven Dollars and nine cents ($1,375,847.09) to Structural Assurance and authorize Project closeout with a one-year warranty period effective December 02, 2025 to December 02, 2026.
