2025-0653 Elections Department – Request for Use of Facilities Space, Parking, and Security – June 7, 2025, Joint Runoff Election On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: June 3, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Election Escrow/General Fund Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve and authorize the Elections Department to utilize designated County facilities, parking spaces, and security personnel for the Joint Runoff Election scheduled.
