2026-0110 Appointments to the Dallas County Hospital District Board of Managers (Parkland) On a motion made by Commissioner John Wiley Price, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: January 20, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby re-appoint Dr. Byron Cryer (CJ) and Vincent Hall (3) to serve on the Dallas County Hospital District Board of Managers (Parkland) for a three-year term , effective February 1, 2026 and expiring January 31, 2029.
