2025-0645 Approval to Amend the FY2025 Dallas County Budget to Transfer and Reallocate FY2024 Commendation Appreciation Program (CAP) Rollover Balances to Departmental Budgets per Court Order #2024-0065 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: June 3, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: General Fund Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approveamending the FY2024 Dallas County budget to transfer and reallocate FY2024 Commendation Appreciation Program (CAP) rollover balances in the amount of $1,072,383 to departmental budgets per Court Order #2024-0065.
