2025-1149 Approve, accept and file the certification for Continuing Education issued to Star Mattox, Executive Secretary On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: October 7, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: n/a Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Approve, accept and file the attached Certification for Continuing Education issued to Star Mattox, Executive Secretary of the Treasurer's Office, for completing 7.5 hours of training during the 77th Annual County Treasurers' Assocation of Texas Conference.
