2026-0177 Authorize and approve Interlocal Agreement (ILA) for receipt of Emergency Medical Service Data between Dallas County and the City of Lancaster to expand the Overdose Response Team (ORT) in partnership with Recovery Resource Council (RRC) to provide post-overdose outreach and harm reduction services and reduce the incidence of fatal overdoses across the County On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: February 3, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund: 466000 Project: 08931 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby authorize and approve Interlocal Agreement (ILA) for receipt of Emergency Medical Service Data between Dallas County and the City of Lancaster to expand the Overdose Response Team (ORT) in partnership with Recovery Resource Council (RRC) to provide post-overdose outreach and harm reduction services and reduce the incidence of fatal overdoses across the County.
