2026-0371 Appointments to the Dallas Metrocare Services Board of Trustees On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: March 17, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby appoint Eugene Peter Urbanowicz, Jr. (CJ) to serve on the Dallas Metrocare Services Board of Trustees for a term, effective March 17, 2026 and expiring January 31, 2027.
