The Gilleland Creek Improvements, Section 1 Project is a 2017 Bond project located in Precincts 1 and 2. The project includes the planning and design of a 19-mile greenway between Northeast Metropolitan Park and the Colorado River.<br><br>Modification No.6 adds Bid Phase and Construction Administration and observation services for the Greenway improvements following completion of the construction documents. The additional scope also includes completion of previously inaccessible geotechnical investigations and updated geotechnical analyses.
