2025-0960 Authorize and approve Renewal Lease Agreement with Marcer Investments, LLC and Dallas County Health and Human Services On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: September 2, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund: 46600 & 12000 Cost Center: 08708/08710 & 5123 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Lease Agreement with Marcer Investments, LLC and authorize the County Judge to sign the Agreement on behalf of Dallas County.
