2026-0949 FY2027 County Clerk's Records Archive Plan On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: September 1, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: NA Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Office of the County Clerk’s proposed Records Archive Plan for Fiscal Year 2027.
