This item authorizes the final acceptance of the Riverstone Montessori Infrastructure Project (the "Project"). The work has been completed and inspected. All work conforms to City specifications, and the contractor, Crystal Creek Developers LLC, has met the terms of the contract. The one-year maintenance bond has run its course without any warranty issues. Staff recommends final acceptance and release of the maintenance bond.
