2026-0027 FY26-28 Interlocal Agreement with The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center for Neuropathology, Specialized Histological Procedures and Specialized Clinical Diagnostic Services On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: January 6, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: 100.12000.3312.62225.30000.0000 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the recommendation from the Southwestern Institute of Forensic Sciences for the FY26-FY28 interlocal agreement with the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center for neuropathology, specialized histological procedures and specialized clinical diagnostic services and authorizes the County Judge to execute necessary documents on behalf of Dallas County.
