East Yager Multifamily development is a proposed site project consisting of 336 single-family housing located on the southwest corner of Cameron Road and Yager Lane. The TA requirement was waived since the Developer agreed to pay 50% of the rough proportionality calculated for the proposed land use.<br id="isPasted"> <br>The developer has agreed to a total mitigation payment of $317,354.00. This amount is the developer’s pro rata share of future road improvements along Cameron Road or any other future improvement project in the vicinity of the property.
